Tribute.

This post is a tribute to my HGUC Hazel II and HGUC TR-5.
Gave them away due to some circumstances at home and i know that they are in good hands but i cant help feeling sad.
Both of them had a place in my heart and i will miss them.

Byebye you two, i will miss u guys. T_T

1/144 OO Raiser Designer Color Ver. OVERDUED

yea i know i know, been SO long since the last update. Seriously, past few weeks when i wanted to updated, lotsa stuffs came in. School work, bike accident, sick. Man, i think 1 year worth of sickness came to me in 2weeks. Sucks to be me.
Anyways, here it is, the OO Raiser. =)

Pretty happy with the overall model. Awesome articulation and despite O Raiser mounted at the back, the model is surprisingly NOT back heavy which is great. Love the shade of blue used on it as well (which is the main reason i got this model).
It’s a similar color used on the RX-78-2 OYW that i had, very pastel kinda color.

Well, next up is Sazabi, hopefully the next post won’t be a year away. *grins*

Got this kit on a sale for $20.

Doubt i’ll ever get AC kits if not for the sale since they cost a bomb. =X

all i did to the kit was snap fitted it, sand, panel line and dry brushing for the weathered look.

this kinda look suits ac mechs don’t you think?

building this kit was quite a different experience as compared to building gundams from bandai. theres hell lotsa runners for a small kit like this (around the size of a hguc nu), alot of small small parts. colour separation is pretty good but the plastic feels a little bit brittle as compared to bandai ones. 

other then that, no complains. hehehe. 

am already tempted to get other ac kits, but i’ll wait till theres more on sale. =D

 

on the side note, can anyone enlighten me on posting pics on wordpress?

do i really have to resize the pics myself? is there no easier way (like in blogger) ?
